CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS

Appointment cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled and any payment made toward that appointment may be transferred to the new appointment time with no fee incurred. Any appointments cancelled fewer than 24 hours in advance, including appointments made through session package purchases, will incur the full session fee. If a reschedule is not requested within the 24 hour cancellation window, it will be treated as a late cancellation and a new appointment.

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

All classes, workshops, and individual sessions are non-refundable and must be paid in advance. Sliding scale pricing and payment plans are available on an individual basis.
